Things you should know
Littering is a punishable offense. Please dispose of your trash properly in the trash containers.
Children must be under the supervision of the parent or an accompanying adult.
Public displays of affection should be avoided during the tour.
Smoking is prohibited in public places and inside the tour vehicle.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation
The following conditions may apply in the event of any cancellation:
Cancellation is done more than seven calendar days prior to the tour date: 5% of the cancellation fee
Cancellation is done 4 – 7 days prior to the tour date: 20% of the cancellation fee
Cancellation within 3 days prior to the tour date: 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation is done after or on the day of the tour: 100% cancellation fee
Please note that gift certificates are both non-refundable and non-cancellable.
No Show
If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided.
