Reschedule, Refunds & Cancellation Policy for Services

Khaleej Booking offers booking/subscription services from local service providers. All the deals and booking orders bought at khaleejbooking.com are refundable minimum of 24 hours before the delivery of the services

Khaleejbooking.com is not responsible for the quality of the service provided by the Service providers. However, we will do our best to assist. In case of a dispute, please write to us at customercare@khaleejbooking.com.

However, in exceptional cases and if a refund is the only option, Khaleej Booking reserves the right to offer all monies as Khaleej Booking credit.

Please note that refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  1. If you don’t show up for your scheduled Booking/subscription without requesting to cancel or reschedule to the merchant before 24 hours from the time of booking.
    Note: the same-day bookings/subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded.
  2. If your order has expired
  3. If you change your plans
  4. For personal reasons or you change your mind
  5. If you accidentally purchase an order
  6. If you make a booking/subscription by using a promotion/reward Code, the order becomes non-refundable.
  7. There is no refund if the event is canceled or impose a restriction due to unforeseen circumstances or act of God after confirmation of the booking/subscription.

Request for cancellation, rescheduling and refund must be done from your personal dashboard on Khaleej booking “https://khaleejbooking.com/account/”

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

In case any refund is made; all correspondence charges will be borne by the client except if the service provider is canceled the booking/subscription service.

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether a booking/subscription has been canceled and the date and time of any rearranged booking/subscription. If the booking/subscription is canceled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavors to notify booking/subscription holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorization from the Service provider. We do not guarantee that booking/subscription holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the booking/subscription.

Any additional Refund, Reschedule and cancelation policy which is set by the Service provider under this platform and show under their services will supersede our Above policy and will be become inapplicable to you.
